Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The Services shall be used without causing damages, injury, or unfair competition to M&A Viet Nam. Personal account and account termination

By creating your personal account, you will notably be able to log-in to view your invoices, updates on your case and documents required and provided by M&A Viet Nam (if any). M&A Viet Nam reserves its right to refuse to create, suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice nor specific reason and at its sole discretion.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services and Services Content. As a registered user, you are licensed to keep, for your own personal records, electronic or physical copies of Services Content. You may not copy them for any other purpose that the one we intend for them to be used. Resale or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. Any right not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by M&A Viet Nam. Information security

Your provided information will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, login information, and you agree to notify us immediately all unauthorized acts of using your password or account. In any events, we are exempt from liability for third party actions related to circumventing security measures or unauthorized use of your account.

Specific services

When you use our specific service, the Terms and Conditions of Service will be used to govern the parties. You agree that the Terms and Conditions of Service use are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and have the same binding obligations of the parties.

Governing laws and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and any dispute that cannot be solved through negotiation will be resolved by the competent People’s Court of Vietnam.
