HR-Admin Services

We shall build processes for recruitment and human resource management corresponding to the operation model of Client (as well as maintain and update employee profiles). The business of social insurance, health insurance, leave, overtime, reward, labor discipline, extension, or termination of labor contract will be built and managed by M&A Vietnam. We will act as an HR Department for you.

    • 1. Legal services

      - Form a process and on your behalf manage personnel records, determine monthly salary, bonus and other benefits for employees;
      - Form regulations on salaries, bonuses and finance as the operating foundation for revenue and expenditure activities of the company;
      - Recruiting, preparing contracts, managing and monitoring the compliance, offering forms of reward and discipline suitable to each position and scope of work;
      - On your behalf resolving issues with employees, competent authorities, and third parties.

      - Communicate through the CRM system, email, phone, online, or face-to-face meetings to define and understand your objectives;
      - We collect, process and keep the necessary data secure;
      - We act as your Admin-HR department, by making and handling issues about salaries, bonuses, and additional benefits given to employees;
      - Provide an account for you to access our CRM system to monitor the progress of the work to be performed.
      - Handing over results for each work item in a specific time (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and instruct on learning, management, and use the delivered data.

    Work Permit Services

    A work permit is considered a document recognizing a foreign worker's legal right to work in Vietnam. Based on the work permit, the enterprise and the employee will make a Labor Contract. The term of the Labor Contract will depend on the working period on the work permit.

      • 1. Legal services

        - Advising on the conditions for foreign workers to be granted work permits;
        - Preparing documents to prove experience, professional capacity, health, and criminal record for foreign workers;
        - On your behalf liaise with competent authorities and third parties to obtain work permits for foreign workers;
        - Forming labor contracts for employees and instruct the foreign worker management.

      Labor Compliance
