Under the WTO commitments, foreign individuals and/or organizations may own all the capital of a company in Vietnam, which is 100% foreign owned.

Capital Contribution , Share Purchase
The investor(s) will not proceed to establish 100% foreign-owned capital, but the investor(s) will receive the transfer of capital contribution or shares to become member(s) or shareholder(s) in the company in Vietnam, this method is understood as the investor(s) is/are carrying out the activity of "capital contribution, share purchase".
1. Legal services
- Registration of capital contribution, share purchase, applicable to the case where the investor(s) purchase capital contribution in the company in Vietnam.
- Negotiate and draft Joint Venture Contract or Capital Transfer Contract.
- Adjust content of IRC, ERC (capital, business sectors, address and information of the investor(s), information of legal representative, etc)
- Extend or terminate investment projects.

Establishment of the Representative Office
Foreign trader(s) is/are entitled to set up representative office(s) to research the market or carry out activities to promote business investment opportunities and trade promotion in Vietnam. This office is understood as the representative office of foreign traders.
