Translation is implemented upon the reception of your documents with your desired language. The translation can be required with the seal of the competent authority or our seal.

In order to manage and monitor the company's operations, the competent authority always requires companies to make periodic reports. This process can be challenging as many administrative and legal compliance routine task are mandatory in compliance with Vietnamese laws.

- Preparing reports and submit them to the competent authority on your behalf.

According to Vietnamese labor law, when a company employs employees, must comply with current labor law and the labor solutions. Labor compliance is simply known as statutory insurances, labor usage declaration, establish the trade union.
- Registering a new social insurance unit code for the company;
- Prepare and submit reports through the competent authority’s system upon of changing salary of employees, new hires or leaving;
- Prepare and submit the required six-month/ time labor movement reports to local labor authorities;
- Calculate social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance payable monthly;
- Support in the establishment of trade union.

A work permit is an approval document for a foreign worker to receive salary for their employment in Vietnam. Without a work permit, foreign individuals will not be eligible to work in Vietnam. However, there are some cases that the foreign individuals do not need the Work Permit, known as a Work Permit Exemption.

The HR administrative services will be to maintain and update any relevant related-work suck as the issues of recruitment, personnel management, building and continuously updating forms according to the needs of each department will be solved. The processes and operating regulations of the enterprise from internal management (labor, administrative management, meeting procedures ...) will be implemented in the process with the suppliers.
