Document & Seal Recording Services

We collect all necessary documents and information which remain available at all time for our Clients. The document management process is agreed upon by all parties involved.

1. Legal services
- Store all originals, contracts, licenses, digital signatures, seals and other important corporate documents;
- Extract and supervise the use of original documents and seals.
2. How to proceed?
- Once we have evaluated and determined your requirements, we will provide you with the process of receiving, storing and extracting documents and seals;
- Due to security factors we will only extract documents in your preferred manner;
- As soon as receiving a request to extract documents, we check the compliance and authority of the person requesting the extraction, extract, and notify you when the extraction is completed;
- You will receive reports updates on the process of extraction and document keeping status through our CRM system.

Translation and Certified Translation

Translation is implemented upon the reception of your documents with your desired language. The translation can be required with the seal of the competent authority or our seal.

Compliance with Administrative Reports

In order to manage and monitor the company's operations, the competent authority always requires companies to make periodic reports. This process can be challenging as many administrative and legal compliance routine task are mandatory in compliance with Vietnamese laws.

Labor Compliance Services

According to Vietnamese labor law, when a company employs employees, must comply with current labor law and the labor solutions. Labor compliance is simply known as statutory insurances, labor usage declaration, establish the trade union.

- Registering a new social insurance unit code for the company;
- Prepare and submit reports through the competent authority’s system upon of changing salary of employees, new hires or leaving;
- Prepare and submit the required six-month/ time labor movement reports to local labor authorities;
- Calculate social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance payable monthly;
- Support in the establishment of trade union.

Work Permit Services

A work permit is an approval document for a foreign worker to receive salary for their employment in Vietnam. Without a work permit, foreign individuals will not be eligible to work in Vietnam. However, there are some cases that the foreign individuals do not need the Work Permit, known as a Work Permit Exemption.
