Post Licensing
In Vietnam, after Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) and/or an Investment Certificate (IRC) have been granted or adjusted, on condition that business sectors are required for further sub-licensing such as eateries food stalls, services for drinks, wholesale of alcoholic, cigarettes, etc., as well as, having the deal with foreign capital or buying/selling goods and services involving foreign elements, etc. The aforementioned post-license(s) are strictly fulfilled in prior to starting operation of business issued by the competent authority. Failure to comply with the application for these post-license(s) may result in your company incurring large fines or being suspended or stopped business operation in those business lines.

Business License
Commercial law requires foreign-invested economic organizations to implement Business License based in Vietnam. On condition that your business having the business lines regarding the Distribution and Retail of goods, E-commerce services, Logistics and any relevant licenses required.
