Ensuring a safe work environment

We are implementing hygiene and physical distancing measures across all our locations as recommended by local governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide our Clients with a safer work environment.

We take the following measures

Frequent cleaning and disinfection.

We clean and disinfect with disinfectant solutions during the day, focusing on surface and workspace to meet health and safety regulations.

Wearing mask and keeping physical distance.

All Clients must wear masks in common areas and shared workspace. The Clients are also asked to keep a safe distance when interacting. We provide the Clients with clear information, signage and protocols in place to ensure minimal person-to-person contact.

Visible signage.

We have detailed health and safety guidelines on display in our office locations. These guidelines support and remind our visitors and our Clients on how to conduct business in safest possible manner.

Meet safely

In order to make sure that our Clients can continue to use our meeting rooms in accordance with health and safety guidelines, we have established a meeting room safety protocol. This protocol encompasses the use of spaced seating arrangements to allow for physical distancing, moving around clockwise, and maintaining a safe distance for catering – all indicated with signages.

Tours and visits

We have new tour guidelines in place. It is possible for you to visit our office and other service areas, providing that our staffs are available for reception, and subject to local government health and safety guidelines.

If you have booked a tour, our team will be informed about your visit so they can prepare accordingly.

To comply with health and safety guidelines, you will need to follow the principles of personal safety protection.

Clients’ role

You ensure to keep safe distance and follow other measures as directed at each specific time. You understand that it is imperative that you notify us immediately if your employees experience any disease-related symptoms or see anyone showing signs of infection in the office.
